Job Description
TITLE: Evening Facility Manager / Part-Time, Hourly
REPORTS TO: 
Parish Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Evening Facility Manager will provide hospitality to those using the facility in the evenings, light maintenance duties and security for the building and grounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. A vital Christian faith.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work with a wide variety of people, including Pastoral staff, support staff, committees and volunteers.
  4. Self-motivated, able to follow instructions and work alone without supervision.
  5. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  6. Dependability is required.
  7. Prior work experience preferred.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Hospitality
    1. Provide set-up for evening meetings and events,
    2. Greet, answer questions and orient people new to the facility, and,
    3. Set-up tables and chairs and miscellaneous furnishings according to the needs in the building for the next day, and,
    4. Clean up as necessary according to the needs in the building for the next day.
  2. Light Maintenance:
    1. Complete light maintenance work,
    2. Monitor cleaning needs during use of facility,
    3. Notify the Parish Manager of other maintenance issues, and,
    4. Work with members of the Property Committee on projects as assigned.
  3. Security:
    1. Check-in with anyone still in the building,
    2. Close all windows and turn off lights, and
    3. Lock all doors for overnight security.
